1 – PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

1.1 – WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are text strings, normally consisting of letters and/or numbers, created by a server and stored on the hard disk of the computer or on any other device used by the user (from now on User of the site nipparts.com (from now on “Site”)) to access the Internet (smartphones, tablets, etc.). These elements can also be combined with additional information, such as IP addresses or unique identifiers, etc. From now on, the definition cookies will also include other similar technologies.

The Site uses first-party and third-party cookies, as well as other related technologies, as described in greater detail below.

1.2 – HOW WE USE COOKIES

A. Technical Cookies

Technical cookies are necessary for the operation of the website to enable functions to facilitate user navigation, allowing users to access their profile without having to login each time, or select the language required to navigate the site without having to set it each time. Technical cookies are considered strictly necessary, because the storage of information is essential to be able to provide the service requested by Users. B. Analytical Cookies

Google Analytics, like other systems, uses cookies to allow the website to analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookies about the use of the website by users (including IP addresses) is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the United States. Google uses this information for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of the website, compiling reports regarding website activity and providing other services relating to the use of the Internet. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required by law or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate user IP addresses with any other data held by Google. C. Profiling cookies

These cookies are used to track Users’ browsing on the net, analyse their behaviour for marketing purposes and create profiles on their tastes, habits, choices, etc. This type of cookie allows to offer Users advertising in line with their preferences and interests already expressed by Users during online navigation.

Consent to the installation of third-party analytical cookies is optional as profiling cookies are not strictly necessary for the operations of the Site. This Site does not use profiling cookies.

D. Social Cookie

The Site you also has social media buttons/widgets, that is “buttons” depicting social network icons (in particular, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest). These “buttons” allow the User to reach and interact directly with the pages of the Owner of each social network with a “click” while browsing the Site. By means of the click, the social network acquires data relating to Users’ visits to the Site and simultaneously releases its profiling cookies. Consent to the use of this type of cookie is optional: Users can, at any given time, lend or revoke it by accessing the specific preferences management menu (link).

1.3 – MANAGING USER COOKIE PREFERENCES

Technical cookie is used to remember user preferences regarding the use of cookies. Users may, at any given time, change their preferences expressed at the time of their first visit to the Site, by clicking on the button to manage their preferences (link). 3 – NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Personal data processed through the installation of first-party technical cookies are necessary to ensure correct operation and navigation of the Site. On the contrary, analytical, profiling and social cookies are not strictly necessary: Users’ personal data will be processed through the use of these cookies only with the express consent of Users.

4 – DATA RECIPIENTS

The Data may be processed by external parties operating as autonomous controllers such as, for example, authorities and supervisory and control bodies.

The Data may also be processed, on behalf of the Data Controller, by external parties designated as Processors, who are given appropriate operating instructions. These subjects are essentially included in the following categories:
a. companies that offer e-mail services;
b. companies that offer services instrumental to the pursuit of the purposes indicated in this statement (IT suppliers, company that deals with the management and maintenance of the site…).

5 – SUBJECTS AUTHORISED TO PROCESS

The collected data may be processed by the employees of the corporate functions appointed to pursue the aforementioned purposes (analysis, marketing, profiling), who have been expressly authorized to process and who have received adequate operating instructions.

6 – DATA RECIPIENTS

The data collected through the use of Google cookies may be transferred outside the European Union, in particular to the United States.

7 – YOUR RIGHTS AS DATA SUBJECT – COMPLAINT TO THE CONTROL AUTHORITY

By contacting the Company via email at privacy@rhiag-group.com, you may request the Company to access your own personal data, their deletion, the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing in cases foreseen by Art. 18 of GDPR, as well as the objection to the processing in the case of legitimate interest of the Company.

Furthermore, if the data processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out with automated tools, you are entitled to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another controller without impediments.

You have the right to revoke consent for marketing and/or profiling purposes, as well as to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes, including profiling related to direct marketing at any given time. You have the right to prefer to be contacted for the aforementioned purpose exclusively by means of traditional methods, to express your objection only to receive communications through automated methods.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State in which you normally reside or work or the State in which the alleged violation occurred.
